Kirov Proscenium Tower is 56-storey residential tower developed by the Rockwell Land Corporation. It is one of the five uniquely designed residential towers by the world renowned architect, Carlos Ott. Featuring only 2-4 units per floor, the Kirov Tower has a total of 178 units.
